Dispatch and transit
Orders placed before 6:00 PM Eastern on a business day are packed the next business day and typically arrive within 1–3 business days. Tracking is emailed when the parcel is collected.
How your plant travels
The pot is wrapped and braced so the substrate cannot shift, leaves are supported with soft paper, taller plants are staked inside the box, and the carton is marked as live plants.
Weather holds
When temperatures along the route are severe we hold the order for a few days and email you, rather than send a plant into a freezing or baking depot.
Every plant is covered by our 30-day guarantee. If it arrives damaged or fails to establish despite reasonable care, we replace it or refund you — see the Shipping Policy and 30-Day Plant Guarantee.
